The Old Man and The Girl

Friday, August 17, 2018 | 2 minute read

Our eyes met for the first time at a wedding harbor
Me an old man and she many many years younger
Lust penetrated the gap as she blushed each time I walked past her
Under the dark night, I grabbed her, planting a kiss drawing her closer
Reluctantly letting her go knowing this relationship will never flow ever

Year and a two passed while I moved upstream
Although pining for her never stopped even in dream
That brief moment of kiss never losing its unnatural sheen
That naughty frame of her implanted in my thoughts neem
Keeping that awkward moment alive and pristine

One day from a time tunnel
Her voice remarkably energetic as she called from a shell
Remember me she teased ringing a bell
We shared a passionate kiss, my teenage gruel
Shen then laughed without sounding cruel
In a sudden move she hung up on me before I could unravel
Leaving me pining for that love that was not normal

Next time, she teased me further
Asking to meet on the banks of the New York river
I willingly followed taking the game from her
Wining and dining her all day as her knight and future paramour
Finally I retired for the night to share her room by the river

Waking up in the morning, I saw her staring at me
What do you need I said with glee
I want to kiss you was her repartee
What are you waiting for I replied expecting her to flee
Smiling she moved closer, drinking my mouth as a cup of tea
Her beautiful hair falling all over my face, giving me the license key

The romance was now in bloom, filled with cream
The age difference hidden from gloom and outside scream
Together we started our march, balancing on a beam
Holding each other we moved from a crush to be a couple and team
